The DENTSPLY Raintree Essix Glenroe manufacturing facility is located in the city of Bradenton on the beautiful west coast of Florida. Customer service representatives are available from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., EST, Monday through Friday.

Order Processing Orders can be placed Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM EST. Every effort is made to ship orders the day the order is placed, except for products that are on backorder. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day. All shipments originate from Bradenton, Florida. All orders are shipped via UPS or Fed EX, unless specified otherwise. Priority, Next Day and Second Day service is available, upon request.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
All returns must have a return authorization from DENTSPLY Raintree Essix Glenroe. We require that all returns must be shipped back to us by UPS or USPS insured mail. DENTSPLY Raintree Essix Glenroe will not accept uninsured returns. Glenroe will exchange or refund the purchase of a product, within 30 days. For instructions on how to exchange a product, call Customer Service at 1-800-237-4060.

Billing & Payment All orders are accepted on a 15-day after shipment payment. A packing slip is enclosed in each shipment and invoices should arrive shortly after orders are received. Any invoice or outstanding balance not paid within 15 days after shipment will be subject to a carrying charge of 1½% each month. MasterCard, Visa, and American Express are accepted.

It is our policy to upgrade the quality and design of our products on a continuing basis, and because of this, we reserve the right to improve, modify, or discontinue products at anytime, or to change specifications, terms, conditions, or prices without notice.
